Mommy & Me Bootcamp 6 -Week series (45 minutes)  All Levels.

A high-energy class that will get your heart pumping and waist shrinking!   Focused on interval training and fluid floor work exercises designed to develop a strong foundation in an effort to improve endurance and burn the most calories, you are sure to sweat your butt off (literally and figuratively!).  Using small weights, your environment (park benches, hills, etc), and your own body weight, we’ll sculpt your arms, legs, back, chest, abs, and everything in between while working on core and balance poses throughout the class.  Combined, Pilates and stroller fitness are excellent for all levels of fitness and can be tailored to suit almost any level of fitness.  (All ages welcome.)

Mommy & Me Zumba 5-Week Series (45 minutes) All Levels.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that easily allow Zumba participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits.  Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. You and your baby will be having so much fun – you won’t realize you’re dancing yourself skinny!  Run as a 6-week series.   (All ages welcome.)

Mommy & Me Yoga (45 minutes) All Levels.  Bring your precious little beings (birth – 6 years old) to learn some soothing relaxation techniques and strengthen the parent-child bond.  Classes are held once per week.  Bring your stroller and a mat. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing – we will not be running, so slip on shoes with traction work perfectly!  A world where the peace and presence that Mommy truly needs may not seem accessible. A world where, together, we can unite our minds, bodies, and our breath to bring about greater life-joy. This is Yoga for You. Whatever your experience or background, come OM with us.  (All ages welcome.)
